This is a declaration that the installers of the machine must issue to certify that they have carried out the operation according to safety and work hygiene regulations, and also according to the instructions supplied by the manufacturer of the construction crane or lifting equipment. Imola Gru Srl’s record of implementation includes a designated section for the results of dynamic tests and their respective declaration of correct execution. There must certainly always be the audit log of the machine present at the construction site, duly completed by the user for this test and all other checks.
