DIGITALISATION OF SERVICES AND ONLINE AUDIT LOG
We invest in technology to make our service more efficient and simplify your work.
Imola Gru has developed software specifically for the management of technical assistance, integrated with our Call Centre and an ecosystem of mobile apps to support the technicians on-site. This system has allowed us to create an Extranet reserved for customers, where it is possible to consult the history of all operations carried out on your fleet and download the records of interventions. The history of operations is filterable and exportable, and is recognised by the appointed authorities as an official online audit log.

SPECIALISED INTERNAL WORKSHOP
Imola Gru also has an internal technical workshop, which offers repair, overhaul and revamping services for construction and industrial lifting systems, thanks to our highly qualified staff.
The workshop has an area of 400m2, is equipped with cutting-edge tools and machines for the repair of any part, and is supplied with an adjoining warehouse with all the original spare parts needed for the job.

ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSE
An efficient service complete with technical assistance and preventative maintenance cannot do without a complete supply of original spare parts. Imola Gru, thanks to a large warehouse with over 45,000 product codes, sells spare parts from the most important brands in the sector, such as Krupp, Manitowoc, Grove, Potain, AUTEC and Hetronic. These parts can also be bought through our online shop or our dedicated back office team.
