An interview has just been published on Cranesy, the international portal dedicated to the world of lifting in construction, with the Imola Gru’s Commercial Director, Serena Boldrini, a shining example of the value of professional women in a historically male-dominated sector.
“Is there discrimination or prejudice, when discussing business with a woman?” the journalist asks Serena. “You only need to break the ice, and in the end, there is an advantage to being a woman when forming profitable relationships” is Serena’s surprising response.
It is no coincidence, therefore, that the entire commercial staff at Imola Gru is made up of women, a pink team committed every day to enriching the company’s expert technical assistance with customer care and developing relationships with customers, areas in which women have no competition.
Imola Gru is also unique, because we include two women in our technical staff, who carry out crane assembly and maintenance, so we have absolute equal opportunities in the company, in all sectors. And what about the 80 children, “sons and daughters of Imola Gru”?
