Working with lifting equipment involves operations with a high level of risk, which require specific safety training, as well as the adoption of procedures that have been tested and confirmed over years of experience and practice in the field.<\/p>\n

Working safely during interventions is our guarantee, both for the operators and for customers, who are protected from unexpected shutdowns, safeguarded against accidents, and can be sure of a reliable, knowledgeable and prepared professional presence. All the Imola Gru technicians are trained to be accountable – every one of them follows a safety training programme which runs alongside their more technically-focused training. Two streams of training with the clear objective of communicating the primary importance of a culture of safety to our operators, which translates every day into their professional practice.<\/p>\n

It is this culture that has led our company to reach a new, extraordinary target: in the year 2013, we had only one accident, and even this one was not serious. Because to promote safety, we need to act as its interpreters every day; because to spread a new way to operate that protects against accidents and follows regulation, we need to take it with us into any context.<\/p>\n

Our attention to safety at Imola Gru is demonstrated by our QSE Office (Quality, Safety and Environment), which guarantees constant updates on regulation and training for operators.<\/p>\n
